Processing Time

Processing time is 1-2 business days depending the amount order received. If you order over weekend, it will ship on Monday (but please take note if it is holiday, it will shipped next business day). If you order during weekday, your order will ship next 1-2 business day. I will try ship as soon as possible when your order done printing. An email notification will be sent once it is ready to ship. So, please check your email for the tracking info. 

 

Shipping Time

 

Estimated shipping time within North America is 1-5 business days after your order processed and ready to ship. Tracking info will be sent to your email. Follow the shipping carrier info to track your package. 

Note: Free shipping will ship using USPS First Class by default. USPS Priority Mail will be used only when the weight is higher.

Care Instructions

 

Cookie cutters are 3D printed cutters on food safe graded resin. Stencils are made on 10mil plastic, sized to work in stencil genie. Hand wash only in lukewarm soapy water. They are NOT dishwasher safe. Keep them away from heat.

 

Refund/Replacement Policy

 

Cookie Cutters and Stencils

Cookie cutters and stencils are made to order. Order cancellation can be made only within 2 hours after order placement and can fully refund. After this 2 hour window, they can't be refunded unless defective.

 

In case you received damage/broken items due to transportation damage by postal service OR missing items/package, email to us at blessherartcrafts@gmail.com and provide picture proof of damaged items within 48 hours. I will either refund/replace your order.

 

Please read the care instruction before your purchase. Contact me directly to discuss any issues, I will try to compensate your damage if you have a valid reason. We have rights to reject compensation request with our strict policy.
